Affidavit of Graduation Portal

Only South Dakota Board-approved Administrators, or the Administrator's designated user, will be allowed to certify the completion of education and will be allowed access to the AOG Portal.
An approved AOG user will only be allowed to review and approve their program's students/granduates. The student/graduate must first apply for an initial license by examination with the Board. The AOG approved user will then have access to the student/graduates AOG request to certify that student/graduate's education record.

Approved Nursing Education Program Administrators

The Board will automatically set up an AOG Portal account for a Board-approved Admininistrator.
The AOG Portal will then send the Administrator an email with directions to create the AOG Portal account.
After a student applies for a license with the Board, the Administrator will receive an email from the AOG Portal to certify the student/graduate's education record.

Only an approved Administrator may request that the Board give access to a designated nursing faculty member(s).
The Administrator must attest and verify that the faculty member will have access to student information to be able to verify that a graduate completed all of the nursing education program's requirements.
To request access for a nursing faculty member, the Administrator must email the Board and provide required information: Faculty AOG Email Request
Upon receipt of the email and after verifying the accuracy of information, the Board will set up the AOG account. The AOG portal will then send an email with directions to the faculty member to create an AOG Portal account.
The faculty member will receive an email from the AOG Portal when a graduate has applied to the Board and requires certification of education.
