Registration by Endorsement

Requirements

The following must be met to be registered as a CNA in South Dakota by endorsement from another state:

1. Completed a Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP) that was at least 75 hours in length.

2. Actively registered as a CNA on another state's CNA registry.

3. Not have any findings or convictions of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property.
