Registration by Endorsement

Requirements

The following must be met to be registered as a CNA in South Dakota by endorsement from another state:

1. Completed a Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP) that was at least 75 hours in length
2. Be actively registered as a CNA on another state's CNA registry.
3. Not have any findings or convictions of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property.

Check Application Status or Verify Registration  Registration cards may be printed from the Verification Site.
