Nursing Students & Inactive Nurses

Qualified nursing students & inactive nurses may apply to opt out of the 16-hour theory portion of the program:

• Application for individuals who will be administering medications in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), assisted living center (ALC), or hospital:  Application
• Application for individuals who will be administering medications in all other settings: Application

All applicants must complete the skills lab portion of the program and a competency evaluation

• Use the Clinical Skills Checklist or an employer checklist.
