Disciplinary Actions on Nurses

• Primary source verification of a nurse's license and public disciplinary documents pertaining to actions taken by the Board against a licensed nurse, LPN, RN, CNM, CNP, CRNA, or CNS, may be accessed and printed from the Board's License Verification Portal .

• Disciplinary actions reported by the Board from 2024 to present are listed in the Disciplinary Actions Document.

• Discipline actions and public documents may also be accessed and downloaded from the NURSYS QuickConfirm National Nurse Licensure Database.
