Approved Programs and Applications

The following programs are currently approved by the Board:

Avera McKennan Dialysis in Aberdeen, Brookings, Gregory, Milbank, Mitchell, Pierre, Sioux Falls, Wagner, and Yankton.
Black Hills Dialysis / Dialysis Management Group in Eagle Butte, Pine Ridge, and Sharps Corner.
Davita Dialysis in Aberdeen, Mitchell, Rosebud, and Sioux Falls.
Fresenius Kidney Care in Dakota Dunes.
Huron Regional Medical Center in Huron.
Monument Health Dialysis Center in Rapid City and Spearfish.
Sanford USD Medical Center Hemodialysis in Chamberlain, Madison, and Sioux Falls.

A new program must submit the Initial Program Application and be approved by the Board before beginning to train dialysis technicians.
Approved programs must renew every two years, by March 31 of odd years, using the Renewal Application.
Approved programs must submit the Program Changes Application to request changes to curriculum, faculty, or locations.
