Disciplinary Actions on Registrants

Certified Nurse Aides and Registered Medication Aides

• Primary source verification of public disciplinary action taken by the South Dakota Board of Nursing against a registered CNA or Medication Aide, previously titled Unlicensed Medication Aide (UMA), may be accessed on the Board's Verification Site by entering the individuals first and last name, registry number, or SSN. 
• Email the Board to request public documents for an individual listed on the verification site who has been disciplined by the Board.
