The SDBON will release open public information in an Excel file

Email a written request to the Board indicating the licensure list(s) requested

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
• Registrants:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Registered Medication Aide (RMA)

A fee of $100 will be assessed for each type requested

An invoice will be issued for payment

Payment must be received prior to a list being released
